Seton Gallery is the art gallery at the University of New Haven, exhibiting work by students, faculty, artists, and designers. Creating the visual identity was part of a semester-long project, collaborating with a small group of students to develop a new identity across the gallery's physical and digital presence.
A separate logo shape and work mark were created to be used across exhibition materials. The staggered floor plan of the gallery space inspired the shape of the logo.
The new visual identity for Seton Gallery was then implemented into the physical space with black painted walls in the entryway, and a title wall with the wordmark and exhibition title in white vinyl.
