It can be sometimes challenging to follow and understand complex written furniture assembly instructions.
Solution
Utilizing AR technology I created an app that will show a 3D model of each step while building furniture in augmented reality.

Initial screens for scanning barcodes or accessing digital instructions.
To begin, users would scan the barcode on select products to access a virtual instruction manual. The app would then walk the user through building the furniture piece with a step-by-step 3d model in AR.
To create this prototype app, I created four 3D models of an IKEA side table using Cinema 4D. I then used Adobe Aero to place the 3D models in augmented reality where I was able to record how the models looked.
